Getting It Home

Everything leaves us sealed in insulated liners with gel packs, so the cold chain holds from our door to yours. It arrives ready for the fridge or the freezer, whichever suits when you plan to cook.

What You’re Getting

Arrives cleaned and portioned as described. Keep it cold until you cook it, and give shellfish a quick rinse under cold water just before it goes in the pan. Thaw in the fridge, never in hot water — that is the one thing that ruins texture.

If Something’s Not Right

Seafood should arrive looking the way it left. If a pack turns up damaged or does not seem right, keep it as it came and send us a message — we will sort it out with you.

🧊 Kept Cold

Insulated packing and gel packs hold the cold chain the whole way.

🔪 Cut Before Packing

Cleaned and portioned so it goes straight to the pan.

🌊 Landed Fresh

Chosen from the landing, not from the back of a warehouse.

🍋 Kitchen Ready

Thaw, rinse, cook. Salt, butter and lemon do the rest.

Sashimi-Grade Frozen Arctic Surf Clam

Our arctic surf clam originates from the clean cold deep sea waters of Canada. The low temperature ocean environment contributes to thick and plump meat. Processed immediately after harvest, it is blast frozen to preserve natural sweet seafood taste.

The surf clam shows beautiful red white gradient layers with glossy surface. It delivers crisp, bouncy texture and mild ocean sweetness with little fishy flavor. Versatile for multiple cooking uses, it can be served directly as sashimi, or used for seafood salad, stir fry and hot pot, ideal for home meals, western and Japanese dishes. Store in freezer right after receiving goods.

Slow thawing in refrigerator is strongly suggested. Never defrost with hot water, because high temperature will ruin its crisp texture and downgrade eating experience. It is premium shellfish for your daily seafood cooking
