What You’re Getting
What You’re Getting
Arrives cleaned and portioned as described. Keep it cold until you cook it, and give shellfish a quick rinse under cold water just before it goes in the pan. Thaw in the fridge, never in hot water — that is the one thing that ruins texture.

Frozen Whole Snow Crab Queen Crab
Frozen Whole Snow Crab Queen Crab
Our frozen whole snow crab, also known as queen crab, is wild caught from deep sea waters. It features intact shells and full sized long crab legs. Rapid blast freezing right after capture preserves the natural sweet flavor of crab meat.
The white crab meat is plump, tender and springy with delicate sweetness and minimal fishy notes. It supports multiple cooking options including steaming, salt baking, garlic cooking and sashimi preparation, ideal for family dinners and western style banquets. Keep frozen immediately upon receipt. Slow defrost in refrigerator is recommended.
Avoid hot water thawing, which causes meat water loss and loose texture, ruining your eating experience. Premium choice for high end seafood menus
