What You’re Getting
What You’re Getting
Arrives cleaned and portioned as described. Keep it cold until you cook it, and give shellfish a quick rinse under cold water just before it goes in the pan. Thaw in the fridge, never in hot water — that is the one thing that ruins texture.

Deep-Sea Scampi Sashimi Grade Frozen
These deep sea scampi grow in clean ocean waters. Each langoustine features a large, slender body with bright orange red shell and plump meat. As sashimi grade seafood, it delivers tender, springy texture and natural sweet ocean taste.
Flash frozen right after catching to preserve fresh juice and original flavor. Perfect for raw sashimi, pan searing and baking. The complete shrimp brings high meat yield with translucent white flesh. Keep frozen immediately upon arrival.
Thaw slowly inside refrigerator before eating. Avoid hot water soaking or long time room temperature defrosting, which will ruin meat texture. Great choice for family feasts, western cooking and Japanese style dishes
