What You’re Getting
What You’re Getting
Arrives cleaned and portioned as described. Keep it cold until you cook it, and give shellfish a quick rinse under cold water just before it goes in the pan. Thaw in the fridge, never in hot water — that is the one thing that ruins texture.

Wild-Caught Frozen Whole Octopus
Wild-Caught Frozen Large Whole Octopus
This wild caught large octopus comes from pristine deep sea waters. It is quickly blast frozen right after capture to lock in authentic ocean fresh flavor. The octopus features large size, thick full tentacles and intact suckers, delivering thick and substantial flesh.
After proper thawing, it offers bouncy, crisp and chewy texture with natural sweet seafood taste and minimal fishy odor. It is highly versatile for cooking methods including blanching, grilling, stir frying and marinating, suitable for home cooking and western style seafood cuisine. Please store it in freezer immediately upon receiving. Slow thawing in refrigerator is strongly recommended.
